“Ordered three pairs of handles, with one phonecall to clarify which latch went with one particular handle. The handles arrived within a few days with txt alerts to advise me when they would arrive. This was very helpful. The handles were packed in a sturdy box and then a padded envelope. Having previously only seen them in the online picture, I was delighted with the appearance and quality of the handles. They were easy to fit and look great. Will be ordering more in the future. Highly recommended.”

They seem to be better quality than those available from the major DIY stores (previous ones I had lost laquer and stained badly), but only time will tell for sure. Overall very pleased”
