“Generally positive. Item exactly what I wanted. Handles took a bit longer to arrive than expected but probably down to the Bank holiday. Handles easy to fit and look good. Do not always return to horizontal position on their own after use..internal springs feel a bit tight. Might have to disassemble and lubricate before re-attaching again to door.”

“I really liked the idea of privacy latches on my bedroom and bathroom doors. These seem well made and do the job. The buttons are a bit stiff to start with but seem to ease up after a couple of uses. They do exactly what’s said on the box. Great to be able to get matching handles for other doors. Had a bit of a problem getting the privacy handles at the same time as the ordinary ones as they were out of stock (not mentioned on website) but Handles4homes customer service was great. They sent off the ordinary handles/latched separately so that my contractor c ould get on with the job. They were friendly, polite and efficient. So all in all a good experience and I’ve got exactly what I wanted.”
