“The delivery was fine but it's not just about delivery, the product is the problem - not good. Two of the screws for the handles broke while screwing them into the door. They are not what I would call "proper" metal it just looks like metal but breaks. The result is that one screw is embedded in the door and head is broken off, another screw isn't properly screwed in. There were no spare screws. It's just another example of poor quality products made in developing countries, sadly it's typical of the majority of products we have to buy these days. Anyway, I know that you will not look at this review or ever put it on your website so this is just a waste of my time really... No point in uploading a photo is there?”

“I have no hesitation in giving H4H 5 stars. The 8 pairs of Cuatro door handles are superb quality and by far the best price by a long way. The delivery was quick, very well organised with information and alternatives. The handles were packed very well and are now on looking and feeling brilliant. The web site and order process was easy to follow too.”

“The Croft lock has a solid look and feel to it. However, the keys they supply with it do not do it justice. An intrinsically non rusting key (eg. bronze or stainless steel) would be better than the plated key. Of course it would be more expensive, but the lock is not a cheap one. I installed the keep with a 1/16" gap and the latch would not retract against the spring. I increased the gap to 3/16" and it works fine. Could do with an instruction to this effect.”

“Carlisle Brass door handles - Not as good quality as the Carlisle Brass door handles they replaced to be perfectly honest, they feel thinner but still well made. My old one's were brass in colour, these are chrome. I just hope they are genuine! Happy with the service I received when ordering and handles were well packaged.”

Hi Lee, thanks for the review, i have checked your order and you purchased the contract scroll Carlisle Brass handles on this occasion, which do have a slightly lighter feel than the Carlisle Brass Deluxe scroll handles range, which are the more expensive option. “I ordered some Gainsborough white door knobs & privacy kits which were delivered when expected. However, there was a missing part in one of the privacy kits so I emailed them to advise them & request the missing part. This was sorted out & I am very happy with the product & service provided.”
