“Hi service was good , ordered two different orders in the same day, one was delivered within 48 hours by DPD the other oar cel came 6 days later by the post office, can only assume that the PO was the problem. Otherwise the scoring would have been very good”

“I bought these handles to replace existing tarnished handles on 7 upstairs doors. They were delivered within 2 days of order and were well packaged. Overall, I found the quality to be excellent and would recommend Handles 4 Homes to others.”

“I placed an order for fourteen door knobs, which were delivered very swiftly and were of really good quality - they felt very 'solid' and were beautifully smooth and shiny. Having fitted one of the knobs, we then discovered that my elderly mother (who has bad arthritis in her hands) could not grip it properly. We therefore made the decision to return all the knobs... Unfortunately, we could only be refunded for thirteen out of the fourteen as, obviously, one of the packs had been opened and tested - but the refund was very prompt with no questions asked (I returned the fourteenth knob anyway, as I had no use for it and thought it could maybe be recycled somehow)... Many thanks for a good quality product (even though it did not suit us!) and for great service!”

“I bought new door handles from Handles4Homes Ltd as they had the product I wanted at a good price. I wasn't exactly sure of which extra components I required but Hazel emailed me to ask whether I wanted to swap some of the mechanisms so that they worked with the locks. I found the help very useful and Hazel ensured that my order was correct and shipped quickly. I would recommend this site to anyone.”

“The web site was easy to navigate and placing an order was a simple procedure. The company used for delivery was very good; I had emails and text messages to inform me of the progress and the parcel arrived at the time I was told it would.
