“Ordered a couple of Carlisle brass door handles and put them on about 18 months ago . Recently I checked them and there was not a mark on them unlike the cheap brass door handles from B & Q, which were badly tarnished. A couple of weeks ago I ordered another five, which came within 48 hours, service these days quite remarkable, these look perfect alongside the two from 18 months ago,Fully reccomended!!”

“Can't fault the delivery service, the order arrived as specified, 2 - 3 days. product looks good for the money, not actually started fitting the handles, catches etc. or checked all of them, there were quite a few, but my initial feeling is they look pretty good for the price and quality.”

“The last product which I received I considered poorly packed. Handles need decent protection to prevent scuffing. The product was very good but I'd say that the screws were a little too long. Delivery times were very good. I would recommend this supplier to others.”

“Web site worked well to enable easy and quick item selection and ordering. I cannot say any more than that as I still have not received my goods. I have not received any emails indicating likely despatch date. Checking delivery status on the web two days ago indicated the items were awaiting despatch.”

Hi John, Thank you for your review. The products that you ordered are on a longer lead time as they are specially made in the UK by Croft. The system will say that the order is awaiting despatch until it is ready to go, then you will receive an email stating the order has been despatched. “Having placed my order the previous Friday a.m. and having not received any despatch details via email I contacted your chat line on the Tuesday morning to see how my order was progressing and was told it would be with me by Thursday. About 13.15 the same day, as I was about to go out the package arrived. I spoke by phone to your company about this situation and received very little sympathy, with the blame being put on 'an internet problem' Subsequent checks on the tracking service which had been emailed to me apparently very soon after my morning call, and which I had no reason to be checking after the phone call, showed that the shipment had been despatched the previous day and was in fact out for local delivery to me at the time of my call. I have no problem with the goods themselves or FedEx but something certainly went wrong regarding my despatch notification.”
