“Ordered some radius tubular mortise door latches with 3-5 day delivery.e-mailed after a week to see what had happened and was told there was a four week delay from a supplier.was offered an alternative which was fine and received the products the next day.if was told there was a delay it would have been fine as I wasn't in a rush for the product.was kept very informative about everything after my initial e-mail”

“Ordered a few items. Was advised delivery date Arranged for a carpenter to come and instal the hiten's. But only received part delivery Had to pay the fitter and now have to arrange for him to come and fit the Items not delivered. This obviously will cost me another £20-£30 extra. And still no sign of the missing items although paid for it in full. Will I use you again? Definitely NO.”

“Very good quality and look, notably smooth mechanism. Privacy handles a little let down by lack of mention that buyer needs specialised 5mm spindle lever mechanism as well, and as these aren't readily available in different lengths in DIY stores I ended up butchering the door. The PVD handle let down by fact it would generally be for outside use, and as such many users would therefore be putting on a hardwood door, but the screws provided are pants quality. The first one snapped off half way in and so making it difficult to reposition.”
