“Excellent customer service. Ordered one handle, just to see if it was the right size to replace existing kitchen cupboard handles. Needed 26 handles in total - these handles had been discontinued and website stated limited stock and to phone to check stock levels. I phoned and was told they had no more - back to searching for handles again!!! Within minutes I had a phone call back to say he had found more boxes, I was made up, ordered straight away. Handles on my cupboard doors 48hrs later. Highly recommend for outstanding customer service and value for money.”
