“Order processed and delivered very promptly. The items appear to be well cast and nicely finished, but time will tell whether they are durable. As these are being fitted to a listed building it was nice to see that the handles were supplied with matching slotted screws, so they are also in keeping.”

“Unfortunately the letter box lid did not fit the aperture in my front door which is why I have returned for full credit . My dealings with Handles4 Homes so far has been acceptable.”

“Bought cupboard handles, toilet roll holder and towel holder all the same style for a fraction compared to other companies. Items are all great quality and received fast delivery on both parts of my order. Customer service fast and clear communications with Tom and Hazel when sorting a slightly issue I had with one of the cupboard handles (small manufacturer defect). It was replaced very quickly with no hesitation. Part of my order was "pre order" H4H let me know my options and delivered as promised as soon as it came into stock. Would recommend this company, and will buy from again in future.”

“It's a door handle. It's nice, can't fault the order or delivery process. But it's overpriced for a door handle. I had to order these to fit the same size of the existing ones we rremoved but they still sat higher than the previous fittings. So in future would just buy the more reasonably priced ones from local DIY stores.”

“I ordered a new pair of Carlisle Brass Oakley handles to replace an odd handle installed on a extra internal door by a contractor - as I wanted it to match all the others in my house. Delivery was on time and packaging was fine. I could tell, as soon as I unpackaged the new pair of handles that they were lighter and more flimsy than the 25 year old originals that came with the house. Overall the metal seems thinner throughout. The part of the handle you grip is slightly smaller in dimensions all over - I guess it saves on material costs . Turning original and new handle over in my hand I can feel the difference in balance due to the lighter weight of the grip. I can’t help feeling slightly disappointed as I had been pleased to find what I thought was the exact model of handle I was looking for. However, when attached to the door you’d need to look hard to notice the difference from all the other handles in the house. Compared to an original example - on the right in my pics - all the holes are in the correct places. Hence 4 stars not 5 - appearance-wise it’s close but noticeably less substantial than the 25 year old original stamped ‘Carlisle Brass’”
