“Our order of handles for cupboards and drawers in our recently-decorated bedroom came quickly by courier. There was a special Bank Holiday 'free carriage' offer which was lucky for us as the parcel was quite heavy. The handles were well packed and arrived promptly. We are pleased with the product and the service.”

“Great service. H4h provided excellent customer service when I found the item I'd ordered didn't match a previous order (due to no fault of H4H). They spoke to the manufacturer and got a replacement ordered and dispatched.”

“I ordered a couple of 1800 long tube stainless handles, but unfortunately when they arrived, one of them was damaged. Following a short explanatory e mail and a couple of pics, a replacement was quickly arranged. Excellent customer service and a quality product.”

“From the moment I made my first enquiry, I was very surprised by the quick response from Adam given the time difference between our countries. I went on to order my door knobs and could not have been happier with the prompt packaging and posting of my order coming to Australia. I was kept up to date at all times with the tracking of my parcel and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received it from the UK.
