If you do not look closely you can miss that door knobs are sold as a pair. The picture only shows one, so I ordered two - and ended up with two pairs. I did not need to click on the description so I never saw the notice that they come as a pair.
A flat 60 ponds for international postage (over 1kg) seems a bit excessive; it should be charged at cost.
In terms of service I was completely satisfied - spoiled by the points above. If you improve your website and postage procedures you should get consistently high ratings.
