“Excellent product choices, all seemingly of high quality at competitive prices. Very reasonable postage using a good delivery service provider. Customer communications excellent, advising delivery times with tracking options. Will use supplier again for my hardware requirements.”

“Ordered about £120 worth of door fittings from this concern who appear to offer price matching. I advised them of a less expensive supplier at the time but received no reply and price not matched. Two fittings arrived slightly faulty and I advised them. I was told that replacements would be sent and that I could keep the originals. Subsequently told they wanted the originals back. These might have been useful as future spares as I had assumed the initial offer was compensation for inconvenience and need to stay in to await the second delivery. Company appears to say one thing, yet do another. Overall not too impressed.”

“Can't praise "Handles for Homes" enough. I live in the Scottish Highlands and expected delivery to take longer. The quality of the handles is amazing for the price:- Less than £12 per pair. A++++”

“Order took just under 7 days to arrive although I did place my order on a Friday teatime, I would have thought the order would have been picked up on the following Monday and despatched that day but I had to contact on the Wednesday and ask why I hadn't received any confirmation of despatch and was told there had been a delay!!!. If there is a delay why no contact to let me know? On receipt of the order I realised one item I ordered was the wrong thing and contacted their Sales via e-mail as per their guide in FAQs but have had no response to date which is 1 and half days later as I write this. Simply not good enough to stay in a competitive business”

“I ordered an item on 13th Sept still not arrived. I had an email over a week ago saying "shipped" with instructions to track the parcel either with DPP or Royal Mail but email said "no tracking number assigned". DPP say they are not involved. I've not had any contact from RM. Still no £36 parcel. No word from Handles4homes despite me emailing last week.”

“Service was very good, except there was no email to inform me when my goods were being despatched. This came from the courier DPD, whose service was excellent. The quality of the goods delivered was very good.”
