“Excellent service - the privacy set we ordered was not in stock and I received an email promptly offering to send the rest of the order but I suggested that the order was complete before being delivered and I have just received the whole order today and had an email advising that it was on the way the day before. Goods look to be of good quality and hopefully they will be installed by my husband as soon as he can find the time!”

“I SPENT A LONG TIME RESEARCHING HANDLES,LOCKS, AND HINGES ONLINE , BEFORE DECIDING TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH YOU . I NEEDED ENOUGH TO HANG 15 INTERIOR DOORS IN THE HOUSE I'M BUILDING. MY WIFE AND I ARE REALLY IMPRESSED WITH OUR PURCHASE; THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT, AND VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.”

“I did a lot of searching online to find door handles and locks and hinges in brass and eventually ordered enough for 15 doors (I'm building my own house on a tight budget). My order was dispatched promptly and my wife and I are very pleased with the quality and feel and look of our purchase. Excellent !”

“really nice knobs, they feel heavy to the touch and have really brightened up the kitchen. Easy to fix on too, I did 26 in about 2 hours. Very quick delivery.”

“I was dealt with a rep called Adam, who I cant thank more than enough. Handles were 3 lever type, very hard to get hold of , all 3 types I required were in stock , the cheapest I had found and finally were delivered by Fedex within an hour on the day they promised me . Deep Deep Joy !!!! I wish ALL suppliers were as Good as this Ill Definitely Go back , my honest opinion is Don't go anywhere else. Gordon”

“I made my order on 31 December and still as at today's date, 12 January, have yet to receive it. I have not had any communication to say why there is a delay or anything. This is not an impressive service.”

“Good product at a good price. Delivery took a while, but maybe that was due to the Xmas break. If that was the case, it would have been helpful to have an indication of the delivery date when the order was placed.”
