“Ordered a couple of small items (smart 'button' door stop & door restrictor chain) which I couldn't get in the general shops which sell ironmongery (Homebase, Wickes). Service good and camme fairly quickly as advised when ordered. look good. V pleased.”

“Easy ordering and very prompt delivery. I was really impressed with this company, what a difference to the one I used before ....they took a week to inform me what I wanted was not in stock. I would definitely use Handles4Homes again and will most definitely recommend them to friends and family.”

“I used handles4homes for work: I needed a push catch for a cupboard door and found it on their website, however I needed it delivered as a matter of urgency. Instead of ordering through their website I called them and spoke to a very helpful member of staff and explained the situation. They were able to confirm the stock, take payment and offer various delivery methods to ensure the catch was with me in time. Overall I was happy with every aspect of using handles4homes (customer service, cost, efficiency) and would recommend them highly, definitely use them again.”

“The ceramic handles that I ordered arrived promptly but had not been packed well so all six sets were broken. I e mailed that evening and got an immediate response ( although it was quite late) and a new set was immediately dispatched without any questions and they arrived well packed and in tack. The problem was handled so well that it was a pleasure doing business with you and I will certainly recommend you to others.”

“I purchased a number of different types of Carlisle Brass chrome handles (bathroom lock, standard and key hole lock etc) to replace the original brass finished ones in the downstairs of my house. The handles are excellent quality and are sold at a very good price. I also purchased a complete letterbox to replace my original upon which the springs had broken. Again even though this was almost £50.00 it is great quality and was easy to fit. There was a slight error on my order in that one of the handles was not the one ordered, however this was dealt with in a swift, professional and friendly manner. I would highly recommend handles 4 homes; great price, great quality, great service. Very trustworthy.”

“Good website. Helpful staff. Two small points however: a) You show items "in stock" which appears to mean in the UK whereas in fact it just "available with our supplier abroad" which is misleading and insinuates a faster delivery time than is actually possible b) my handles are shown on your website as coming with fixing bolts - which did not come with them”
