“Unfortunately there was a mix up at dispatch and I received someone else delivery. These things happen , however a quick phonecall to let them know what had happened and they organised a redelivery and pick up. Mistakes happen but the customer service was great so I will be using handles for homes again!”

“I found this company to be extremely helpful and able to supply interior door handles to the exact dimensions of the ones initially installed in my house when it was built over 20 years ago. I will eventually have to replace most if not all of the internal handles so will definitely return to this company for help. Delivery could have been a little better but as i was not in a hurry it was really not a problem. All in all it was a pleasant surprise to find staff that were so helpful and willing to impart good advice. I was also informed that if the handles I ordered were not the exact size that they could be returned without any problems and money would be immediately refunded. Will definitely be returning to Handles4Homes.”

“Handles arrived promptly & well packaged. I had ordered a mix of brushed & polished steel handles of the same time. Before the handles dispatched, Handles 4 Homes checked I had not made a mistake with finishes- I hadn't, but really impressed that they bothered to do this. The information on the web site about the products allowed me to use the measurements to order the correct locks & handles. Handle quality is excellent and I am very happy with the overall service and will use again.”

“Delivery costs are reasonable and delivery within a couple of days. The door handle is brilliant for the price. I subsequently rang Customer Services about getting another delivery quickly and was given the information I wanted straight away by a very pleasant and helpful lady. I would thoroughly recommend both the products and the company.”

“Ordered some radius tubular mortise door latches with 3-5 day delivery.e-mailed after a week to see what had happened and was told there was a four week delay from a supplier.was offered an alternative which was fine and received the products the next day.if was told there was a delay it would have been fine as I wasn't in a rush for the product.was kept very informative about everything after my initial e-mail”

“Excellent customer service. I took a photo of what I was trying to source, emailed it over and a response came straight back with the suggested window fastener. I ordered 10 and the delivery was prompt - would recommend.”

“Ordered a few items. Was advised delivery date Arranged for a carpenter to come and instal the hiten's. But only received part delivery Had to pay the fitter and now have to arrange for him to come and fit the Items not delivered. This obviously will cost me another £20-£30 extra. And still no sign of the missing items although paid for it in full. Will I use you again? Definitely NO.”
