“Great service. H4h provided excellent customer service when I found the item I'd ordered didn't match a previous order (due to no fault of H4H). They spoke to the manufacturer and got a replacement ordered and dispatched.”

“I ordered a couple of 1800 long tube stainless handles, but unfortunately when they arrived, one of them was damaged. Following a short explanatory e mail and a couple of pics, a replacement was quickly arranged. Excellent customer service and a quality product.”

“From the moment I made my first enquiry, I was very surprised by the quick response from Adam given the time difference between our countries. I went on to order my door knobs and could not have been happier with the prompt packaging and posting of my order coming to Australia. I was kept up to date at all times with the tracking of my parcel and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received it from the UK. “Not sure I have been given the correct size of locks for handles with locks. Otherwise great - good price, delivered on time. I particularly liked being shown the measurements so I could check I was buying like for like what I already had - other web sites didn't do this.”
