“Delivered speedily and packaged well. These door knobs are beautiful and the quality is far better than others I have looked at in other high street diy stores etc. Very happy with the purchase. One small thing is that although the contents include 2 different sizes of spindles we had to cut a couple of mm off them so that the door knobs would fit properly on our new doors. Didn't want to return them as they look so fantastic. They now fit perfectly.”

“Delivery was a bit slower than I expected but ok - within a week. The items I ordered didn't work for me so I emailed the customer services team to ask for a refund number to send the items back. I explained the issue and hoped that maybe they would suggest an alternative but they didn't which would have helped. Apart from that they were polite and quick to respond to my email.”
