“I hadn't previously arranged for a document to be apostilled but found the service to be easy to understand and use from initial chat through to receipt of apostilled document. The update messages were also very useful in understanding progress during the complete process. Woud definitely use again if the need arises.”

“Not the Service we have previously experienced. Our order was placed with an advised delivery time of 10-14 working days and 1st class post to a UK address. We live in Spain and my wife was going back to see the kids so she could bring it back with her. After 3 weeks it still hadn't arrived so I rand and was told the ocument hadn't even arrived with them yet. It arrived with Hague Apostile 30 days after they ordered it and there was apparently nothing that could be done to chase things up. It still needed to be Apostilled and because we were now desperate we had to pay an additional £50 for DHL delivery. All in all my 10-14 day lead time turned into nearly 5 weeks. The real kicker here is that this was my fault apparently, according to Hague Apostille, and it cost me an extra £50 for the privilege of being at fault. Moral: get everything in writing.”
