Thank you for your feedback. In this case, the document initially provided was a photocopy of a marriage certificate, which unfortunately cannot be legalised. Only official certificates can have the apostille added. For Spain, the authorities require an original marriage certificate issued within the last three months, so the team contacted you to explain this and help you obtain the correct document. This added several days to your service as your copy document could not be legalised. Once the correct certificate was received, we proceeded with the apostille service in just one working day. The final delivery was unfortunately affected by a delay with DHL in the UK, which was outside of our control. We always aim to guide customers through the process and resolve any document issues as quickly as possible, and we are glad we were able to help get the correct certificate prepared for use in Spain. As the delivery of the document took longer than expected, we will be refunding the delivery fee to you. We are sorry that DHL did not provide the expected level of service on this occasion.

“I am well impressed with the excellent service provided for the Apostille and Spanish translation requested. I opted for the premium service as I needed to have this done urgently. The instructions available from the webpage are very clear, the process was straight forward and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I was kept informed at all times of the status of my order and got my document first in electronic format as requested and then in hard copy - all in record time.
