We received your document on Friday afternoon and, following the bank holiday weekend, we’re scheduled to complete your later today. This is in line with the expected processing times and it’s not possible for any service provider to complete the apostille process any faster given the circumstances. “Pristine service, couldn’t fault it whatsoever. I had so many queries, no matter how many times I rang with my long list of questions; the advisors were so, so helpful. This convinced me to go ahead with my the attestation of my documents with this company, along with the embassy attestation. The entire process was so smooth and I was kept up to date with any updates. Would highly recommend it”

“Had to get an urgent Apostille and had very tight time window to get this done .l found Hague very efficient excellent service and easy to do .Had to phone a couple of times and it was great to have a person on the line and not a machine very helpful staff everytime.Think this was Lewis or Luke very pleased how it all went would use them again if needed great customer service.”

“Had to get two urgent ARCO criminal record checks apostllited Process very efficient but courier was a disaster first one was 3 days late and second one was one day late - I neede to do all chasing which was really poor Would stick with first class post as no certainty courier will deliver!”

“I needed a document apostilled urgently, and engaged Hague Apostille. Being in Turkey, I needed the document to be couriered to me. Annoyingly, DHL messed up and my document was stalled in Germany. After one week, Hague not only refunded the transportation costs, but provided the apostille for a new document and then sent that by DHL again. I'd like to point out Jessica in particular for her tenacity, rapid replies and constant support. Thank you so much, I will always return to Hague for these services in the future”
