“Excellent efficient service. Unfortunately I submitted a copy document and Chris very quickly arranged a direct replacement on my behalf. I was kept informed every step of the way from submission to final receipt. Would highly recommend!”

“I am extremely impressed with the efficient, professional and reliable service I have received from Hague Apostille. It is great that they are actually based in the UK (Coventry), their pricing structure is clear and fair and they take the time to get things right from the start. I think the communication is excellent (not OTT but just right) and I am pleased that they delivered everything I wanted on time and to a very high standard. Thank you Hague! I will definitely use you again and recommend you to others.”

“5 stars are not enough! I placed my expedited order for document retrieval + apostille on Monday morning, and by the following Friday morning, it had already arrived in Italy. The customer service was incredibly fast, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommended.”

“After using the online chat service to speak with someone, I was offered a fast track service, for which I paid £126. I was assured it would be with me by the end of the following day (12 hours max turn around). It did not arrive as requested, arriving the day after I was promised. I do not recommend this service for urgent translations. I found another service which was cheaper and provided me with a certified translation within 3 hours - I wish I had spoken with them first!”

“The service was GREAT! Especially Frankie, they answered every question I had, guided and oriented me on every step and document I needed (it was a long process previous to the legalisation), the legalisation and apostille was super fast, and the price was the best (they even gave a discout for the four documents). I am in Latin America and they they explained the process I needed for each document and for the country I am traveling to, and even helped me with the reception of all the documents (sent separetely and in different dates). Would 100% recommend.”

“After serving in my marriage certificate to be apostlled I received a call from Michelle in the office explaining I needed to get apostilled in the country I married not in the UK. Sent back certificate and refund given. Thank you for the information and didn't just get it apostilled!”
