“They were very quick and kept me updated during the process. However, after charging £50 to send the letter by DHL, I was given one day that I must wait in, only to be informed they would be coming the next day. DHL did not offer any updates even a time slot. I just had to wait in all day until 23:59. The courier did arrive at about 7pm. Next time I will get Hague Apostille to post it to a family member who will arrange a DHL collection and a full tracking service for no more than £25.”

“So far we have only used Hague Apostille once. Considering, however, that it was quite easy to use and that the document was delivered back to us with its apostille in only four working days (which included our posting it to Hague Apostille, their getting it to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, the FC&DO granting the apostille and then Hague Apostille getting it back from there and then returning it to us by post), we can find no fault in any of this and would certainly recommend this service.”

Thank you for your review. I have checked our order records and the translation service was not selected at the time of ordering. We are able to provide a translation service for documents if this is requested as this is a separate service to the apostille legalisation. “Good service for a degree certificate. However the options to return it - either standard post or £10 for courier - were limited. Why not the middle option of recorded/signed for? Still safe but cheaper.”

“Overall good customer service. We received emails and phone messages to keep us informed on the status of our application. There was a slight hick-up and we were told what caused the issue and what we needed to do to move things forward. We kept Hague Apostille updated on our actions and then there was a brief communication gap from them. About a week later, we were glad to receive the completed application in post. Gladly recommend Hague Apostille to anyone who requires their service.”
