“Excellent service from start to finish. I used Hague Apostille for UAE attestation of my academic documents and the whole process was faster and smoother than I expected. The FCDO apostille was turned around in barely a day, and they kept the order moving straight through to the embassy stage without any chasing needed. Communication was quick and clear whenever I had a question, and the online status tracking meant I always knew exactly where my documents were. Genuinely fast, well handled, and secure. Would use again and recommend without hesitation.”

“Brilliant service, they got us a new marriage certificate, apostilled it and sent it as a pdf via email, only problem was with the paper copy that we paid £12 for next day delivery, there was a problem and it got delivered the day after, my sister was going to bring us the original but she flew the day after it was supposed to arrive, so it was delivered to her neighbour”

“Happy to provide you with some comments. On this most recent occasion dealing with your service, some documents were rejected as not "legal" enough for you to verifty. When the documents were received at your offices, I had a call from a person called Chris who took the trouble to phone and explain why the documents were rejected and what was needed to rectify the situation. I had to follow up on the phone with Chris several times to be sure I was clear on what was needed in order to ensure the second round of documents were good enough to be verified. And I am happy to say that the second round of documents were approved - mostly down to good guidance from Chris. I have dealt with the Hague Apostille service several times in the past and never had verbal contact but happy that someone took the time to speak to me rather than write a long confusing email. I would have no hesitation to recommend your service in future. Apologies for the dealy in responding to your request.”

“This time although I paid for both of my documents to be sent by e-mail ,none of this has !!! This created a significant delay and I lost the opportunity to apply at jobs in my country of origin ,Greece to go back and re-unite with my family .....”

You are correct that scanned copies of the completed documents should have been emailed on completion as requested, and we sincerely apologise for this oversight and have refunded the fees for this part of the service. The legalised hard copies were dispatched to your requested delivery address the same day the order completed. With regard to the overall timescale, your order was unfortunately delayed whilst we awaited verification from a third party. This was outside of our direct control, however we did keep you updated throughout the process as information became available. As document legalisation and related third-party verification can occasionally take longer than expected, we always recommend allowing adequate time wherever possible, as completion timescales cannot be guaranteed. “Thank you to Charlee and Frankie at Hague Apostille for their outstanding service. Charlee was incredibly patient, friendly, thorough and professional throughout, and responded quickly to my many(!) emails and questions. When it become clear that obtaining an apostille wasn't possible, Frankie immediately refunded my payment. I can highly recommend them.”
