“Prompt delivery. One of the phones lacked a Uk adapter. Still trying to sort the "voice Box" out. I can't find the required menu for voice Box. It does take some time to adjust to this different sound, but I am finding it easier with practise and hope it will allow me to use a phone again.”

“Good service. Beware that if the size identification of your receiver wires has rubbed off, as mine had, then neither HAB nor any websites I could find had specifications that enable you to tell what size wires you have. Mine were 50mm long between the two connectors (measure by rolling along a ruler, not by straightening the wire) and this turns out to be size 2.”
