“I find it very easy to reorder batteries and hearing aid parts. It's great that I can order just a couple of days before needed. However it would be even better if you kept my details on file so that I wouldn't have to look up part numbers and fill in all of my information every time.”

“I received my strimmer a week ago I had been putting off buying one for years and after years of not being able to hear properly even with hearing aids I decided to buy one and I have not regretted it and since having it I can hear much better I can hear phone calls on my mobile I can hear the TV much clearer and conversations with a family it's been a brilliant little tool and I am very happy with it I would recommend it to anybody”

“The replacement receiver arrived as described and required little effort to replace with the defective one and it is working as expected. I am satisfied with the purchase and would buy from again. The defective one was also a HAB receiver i purchased less than a year ago. Hopefully this new one will last longer than the last one: I will let you know. Thanks much !”
