“Honestly, this is my second time buying a property and my first time using GWlegal, although a bit high on the amount they charge for their compared to my first solicitors, GWlegal service is top notch. They responds to my emails quick and followed up every documents needed on time. I will be happy to use them again and also recommend their services to friends and services. “Your colleague who completed the home visit, cancelled at short notice, rearranged for next day, 20 mins before agreed time, rang to change again - I refused. He turned up, very uptight and not relaxing in any way. Told my daughter she had to leave the room before I asked any questions - turns out when pressed, that she didn’t, and could in fact ask questions herself. His ipad was flat so needed charging! Was so slow charging, that he decided he needed to join wifi…..on and on it went!! Not a good start to proceedings, I’m afraid!”

“I wrote and asked for the original documents of GPs letter stating my husband’s inability to act for himself and the original copy of the lasting power of attorney to be returned as I was unable to alter utilities without these documents. I was advised your process was to retain them until the case was finished. I think you could have taken copies. When the case was finished I again asked for the return of these important documents but to date have had no response. I understand the solicitor had her annual leave and then hospital treatment but surely someone could review her emails. Still waiting or I have to pay for these documents yet again.”
