“I have frequently ordered dowels from you. They have always arrived promptly. This time I wanted slightly thinner ones and the web-site warned me that there would be a 2 week delay. After I ordered them I also received a personal e-mail warning me of the likely delay. That was all very impressive. In fact you dispatched them earlier than the 2 weeks, so thank you very much.
