“As a wood carver I have bought lumps of wood and tools from various places but non compare to G&S. In fact a recent order I placed had a slight problem. This was not only rectified promptly but the replacement arrived before the return was collected! In my humble opinion, five stars does not go high enough - highly recommended.”

“To be honest I haven't used my chisel yet so I can't comment on it however the service from G and S specialist timbers is excellent I can't fault them. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting a variety of carving tools.”

“I ordered an oak window sill, different depths & lengths, it arrived superbly packaged so no damage in transit, the sill itself is quality.My customer was very happy & says the sill gets more comments than the bespoke bay window I fitted that was extremely challenging.I will definitely be using G&S specialist timber for future projects & upgrading my own window sills.Great service & thankyou.”

“13 pieces of varying sizes at 600 long ordered. Delivery very quick, wood very well packaged. Not worked with the wood yet, issues with a couple of pieces, all other pieces appear to be excellent.”
