“Item is superior quality and made in England although I haven't used it yet I expected to give me a many years of good service. Bit disappointed at the slow delivery in 2-days running DPD said it was out for delivery then it was delayed!”

“Before I ordered, I phoned with a query about the Pfeil drawknife I eventually ordered. I was impressed that I got an immediate and knowledgeable reply from the chap who answered the phone. I also ordered some end seal, making an awkward parcel. It all arrived beautifully packed and quickly. Good price too.”

“When I put in a small order I thought it would take ages to be delivered. But I was mistaken. The process was rapid, and the messaging to delivery was superlative. Well done! Incidentally, as a side note which you can delete, I found it hard to denotify a request for sizes once made, but perhaps it was just a cookie setting.”
