“This company is a bit special. They have an excellent customer services team and I've recently experienced just how excellent when an order that was not quite as expected was very speedily dealt with and the correct items despatched the next day. I suspect they would have been despatched on the day I alerted the team but it was probably beyond the time to catch the post (as it were). I've ordered wood from them over a number of years and never been let down, the quality is always there. An exceptional company.”
