“I have recently bought some wood for my father to use on a lathe to make bowls. The wood is lovely, and the staff were really helpful when I had to change my order, even though they were under pressure with staff shortages due to covid. I received the wood very quickly.”

“I live in deepest Norfolk and ordered 3 pieces of Lime at 4pm, they arrived well protected in a box 24 hours later at 4 pm. Not bad eh! The Lime itself is the usual high quality, true to ordered sizes, clean and close grained. I cannot recommend G & S enough and always call in when going to the Lakes. George Stopps”
