“Good choice, quality and service. Delivery a bit pricey though for such a small item. If you'd have sold safety gloves for carvers I'd have bought them from you but had to go elsewhere instead.”

“Used to "stitch" a very old victorian curved stair tread that had split along the grain by the nosing overhang. Combined with a decent 200mm long bradawl drill & resin, it's now completely solid with no movement and suitable for either carpet or even painting.”

Good morning, Thank you for your review, we are sorry one piece was out of shape for you. We don't seem to have had any correspondence on the issue. Regarding the lead time we advertise a 14 - 18 working day lead time currently but I can see your order was dispatched on the 8th working day. “Delivered promptly. Haven't opened the package yet. Ordered the dowels as the size I required was running out of stock - I needed 15, but only 14 were in stock, so I bought them all. I am sure they will do the job of connecting oak sleepers for my new raised beds....”

“Exceptional company, had a job on a tight deadline so needed material fast and something very specific. Called them on the phone to talk about the product and they immediately answered every question I had, product arrived the next day well packaged. A very professionally run operation, I will only use them for any timber moldings from now on!”

“The response time and postage excellent Two of the three dowels were good but one had quite a severe warp, fortunately we only needed two at the full length and can cut most of the warp out which is why we didn’t complain.”
