“I am not sure if I received a faulty batch but this was not worth even the postage. There was barely any scent whatsoever and it was impossible to get any lather at all. It was as hard as nails.”

“Bought their soap bars as they were on offer. They all smell very nice, problem is its impossible to get any lather out of them, I'm using a shower sponge with one side that is rough but still no lather. Think they will be going in the bin.”

“Took up an offer of four free shower gel bars, paying for postage only. Whilst they look like soap bars I found it impossible to garner any lather thereby rendering them wholly useless. Really disappointing given the laudable green credentials.”

“We like the idea of shower gel bars. They should be easier to travel with. Happy when Railcard said that we could receive a promotional set of four bars to try out. Shower Gel should lather up more than soap. These grüum bars don't even lather up to the extent that soap does though. They are pretty useless really. Sorry.”

“On arrival the products were quite small but beautifully presented. The scent however reminded me of washing on the line when the neighbour uses too much powder and it melds into something indistinct and unpleasant which is what the soaps did. If you like natural scent do not buy. If I had seen and smelt the product before buying would not have done so.”

“unfortunately I'm not satisfied at all with your soaps because it doesn't make any foam and doesn't clean at all, it's not even worth it that I paid delivery for 3 soaps that are of very low quality, I'd really like to get money back on delivery”

“The small shower bars smell lovely and I was excited to try them. However when bathing I struggled to get any or a lather to make me confident that I was getting any soap from it. So I will not be using them again. Not for me. But thank you.”

“So i ordered the 4 of the shower gel bars. RRP £24.99 and postgae £3.95. I'm sorry to say but i was very dissapointed. The scent was nice but none of the bars lathered up. I tried them with hot water, warm water and even cold water. I was rubbing a bar on my body that produced nothing. I'm sorry but not impressed Gruum”

“Tried promotional offer sun products a couple of years ago and whilst one only had to pay postage I couldn't believe how much the normal cost was for such a small quantity that was not better than similar products sold by other companies but at a fraction of the cost. Had avoided taking up offers since that came via GWR but when they were offering free Shower Gel bars for just the cost of postage but thought 'can't be that bad' - WRONG. They do not lather as described, in fact not all and I found all I did was waste time and a lot of water. Tried a second bar but this time under a tap to save water and same negative result. I did write asking if they had a problem and promptly received a holding email saying a member of their team would get back to me. That was a couple of days ago but as I see the the reviews says queries resolved in under an hour 4.9 out of 5 I am guessing that they have spiked my email. So disappointed again with one of their products and although I only had to pay postage I still feel ripped off. I do wonder if only stock they can't sell for one reason or another is sold on postage only so they can shift it. Certainly doesn't work as promotional gimmick as totally put off.”

“I had an offer of four shower gel bars for the cost of delivery and was looking forward to something a bit nicer than my usual basic soap. On trying the black pepper and cedarwood one I was very disappointed. It was very hard to lather, some small bits fell off and were wasted and there was very little discernible scent remaining.”

“I became aware of Grüum through a promotion via Vodafone. This prompted me to take a look at their website and later took advance of the promotion and ordered some items on 08/03/2024. I received an email informing me that I would receive my items within 3-5 days. It has now been 17 days since and I still haven't received my items. I reached out and asked for an update as to where my order was and haven't even received a reply. The tracking information hasn't been updated since 08/03/24 and reads as collection scheduled. Very poor service and I won't be ordering again.”

“I wasn't very impressed with the amber and cardamom tvatta shower gel bar. I thought it would be like a bar of soap, but I can't get it to provide any sort of substantial lather despite following the instructions. The smell is so subtle I can't say I benefitted from the perfume of it. Very disappointing. I have yet to try the other varities. The lagga Soap Dish is good and the låda Shampoo Carry Tin would be useful if I liked the shower gel bars. The tandborste Bamboo Toothbrush looks promising. The hårkam Bamboo Comb is on a larger scale than I am used to, so wouldn't recommend.”
