Honestly one of the biggest rip offs ever. I only paid postage because there was an offer on and for the size and quality of the products even that was too much. I unsubscribed from the emails and still get bombarded. Don't waste your time or money.

Took 3 weeks to arrive so too late for gifting when it was needed. Would have returned but would have needed to pay return postage.

I received an empty box. I did a special purchase via my Vodafone phone account. But only received an empty red box all bar a mini leaflet.

Tvatta shower gel bar(grapefruit and bergamot) doesn't lather up.Absolute rubbish.Good job l only paid postage.

In regards to our Tvatta Shower gel bars, they do not foam like regular shower gel as they are soap-free. The surfactant in the product is derived from coconut and cleans just as well however the bars do not create large bubbles but are more of a creamy layer that cleans and moisturises the skin at the same time. Only the hand cream arrived in a very small box that would not have held all the rest of the order. I have been waiting for the rest of it but nothing has come. Very disappointed. Tried to upload photo proof but review won't submit with a photo

Ordering was dreadful. I tried one of their promotions, but the website completely fluffed the order. I was charged - but then subjected to several emails which told me my order had not been placed - so I ordered and was charged again. I got one of the packages, but not the other - so my loss apparently. If the website had not pestered me to order a second item, i would not have ended up spending twice. Customer service is not interested, I bought two lots, they sent two lots, my problem.

The only reason I purchased anything from Gruum was because of a vodfone offer. Absolutely shocked that it should of cost £56+pp so thought it was going to be amazing. Unfortunately if I had of paid £56 for these very small products I would of asked for a refund!

I ordered the free spring skin care bundle worth £50 on Vodafone very me rewards which only required postage to be paid ....I did not receive the free bundle instead I only got 2 items which I paid £10 for, the free £50 bundle is not received

Not worth it at all. I did the heavily discounted £15 bundle and the diffusers were tiny - I feel ripped off even with the discount. See image for scale. Don’t waste your money.
