“Lovely products that always smell great and are soothing for skin. Different options target different requirements. I love everything I have ordered from them. Delivery is always quick and you are kept up to date on delivery times. Packaging is recyclable.”

“Excellent products, feel lovely on my skin and don’t cause any breakouts due to sensitivity. Quick delivery time and hassle free ordering. Slowly replacing all my previous products with Gruum, once I’ve ran out of them! Fair to say I’m now more than a little hooked on Gruum!!!”

“I love your products! Hair care and soap are fab! They last so long, I had to pause my subscription as I have too many conditioners and shampoo bars to use up!! I am very sensitive to perfumes but your natural scents don't affect me at all! Thanks so much! The only suggestion would be to offer tins to fit the soap bars! That would be great for traveling!”

“I've really enjoyed using products from Gruum so far. I will order again soon. The service is good, the products feel like they are good quality. I adore my shower gel. “Product was great, my original order didn't turn up however I contacted customer service and they straight away resent it via tracked post this time and arrived very quickly. Some of the best shampoo and conditioner bars I've used and amazing customer service”

“I took advantage of an Ovo offer and paid postage for a trial pack of suncream, aftersun and lip balm. The suncream is lovely - good factor for the face and not greasy as long as you don't overdo it. Nice smell. I haven't tried the aftersun bar but it smells lovely and the lip balm is a tinted-pink good sized tube. Can't really say value for money as I only paid a small amount for trial sizes and not sure how much they retail at.”

“I like it, it’s very good and kind to skin. I like the packaging. However I feel like you’d do as many trials anymore and I end up having to buy a big bottle of something that doesn’t agree with my skin. It would be good if you could do a travel pack or a taster pack for all your products so then you can build a bundle you’d use.”
