“I ordered the sleep mist, bath moisturise bar and pulse point roller. I use the roller everyday and the sleep mist every night. I DO seem to be more calm and I have slept better than I usually do.”

“Initially I ordered a freebie through another website, which was my introduction to Gruum. I love buying natural soaps when I go on holiday, so I bought some small soap bars and some end cuts to see what their products were like. There was plenty to choose from. I was kept informed via email, and my order arrived fairly quickly. The soaps smell lovely and leave my skin feeling soft. Still working my way through my first order, but will definitely purchase again and recommend to any one who loves natural products.”

“Longest dispatch and delivery ever that I had to cancel the free package and ask for a refund for the postage! CS take at least two days to reply back and more than another five to issue refunds. They're even overpriced for the sizes! Not a good experience at all!”

“I used the Bergamot and Cedar bath soak bar as a massage oil and it was excelent. For Reflexology as well. It's amazing, the smell and the texture. I don't have a bath , so I made the most of it.”

“Products missing from recent order. Had to email several times to sort out. Was told I should reorder and pay further postage. Resolved eventually after a bit of a fight. You blamed problem on ordering system. Was sent a goodwill item as compensation.”

“Got the 'sleep' package free just paying p&p. It's really good, real lavender scent, seems to help with my sleep. Especially like the roller, which I put on pulse points.”
