“I won some gruum products originally and really liked them. I have purchased several times since then and have bought items as gifts. Everything smells and feels lovely. I particularly like the hand cream, daily defence for your face and the balm.”

“Always pleased with your products. Please can you produce a 100ml factor 30 sunscreen and an aftersun of same size. Also perhaps you could look at producing a sunscreen that has a natural insect repellent incorporated in it, again 100ml size. In this age when airlines are charging more and more for luggage, carry-on is the way to go, and the 100ml rule still applies. Thanking you Linda.”

“INCREDIBLE. the products are of such high quality & affordable and also smell and feel incredible. as someone who has struggled with finding products that dont irritate my sensitive, acne prone skin, i can truly say gruum is amazing. great customer service too, had a slight delay but got a reply to my email in a few hours, and the product at my door a couple days later. will definitely be a regular customer!”

“Hey folks. I was scouring the internet looking for a candle for my partner (whose last name is Groom) and I found you guys. Not only was I brought in by your branding and ethics, but you were selling the exact scent they were looking for so I had to pick some up and loan behold my partner is absolutely in love with all of the candles I picked up from you guys (but mainly the Sweet Orange and Cinnamon). The packaging was perfect, the candles are wonderful and I'm looking forward to my next excuse (any), to grab more bits from you guys”

“Ordered through a perkbox promotion. A glass bottle arrived smashed which tarnished most of the giftset. It all smelt very nice but due to the oil was mostly unuseable except a rollerball oil. Please reconsider your packaging if your containers are glass. No big issue though as it was a promo and I only paid postage.”

“I have tried quite a few products now from Gruum as follows: 1) my favourite product to date is the Prickly Pear oil. I use this every night and it is marvellous for aging skin. Hydrates and plumps it. Don't know why more people haven't found this. 2) l also love the youth restoring gel serum. I apply this every morning under my moisturizer and it has made my skin clear and glowing. 3) I tried the sleep products and they definitely seem to work and smell lovely.”

“Gorgeous scents, love that they are sustainable, and amazing value - I got the pack of offcuts along with some other bits and they are going to last ages. We’re doing away with plastics and just using these for shower etc, feels so much better and looks nice in the bathroom too! Thanks Gruum and please keep on making sustainable healthy products affordable!”

“The kit I ordered only has 4 products in it and yet 2 were out of stock and replaced with alternatives that I did not want or ask for. I was not consulted or given a choice. The order was accepted despite 50% of the items being out of stock. As a company that prides itself on great service I ask them … “Would this meet your expectations as a customer?””

“I always find it very easy to order from Gruum, they have lots of products for all sorts of uses and skin conditions. Personally I buy the original shampoo bars as I find them eco friendly (no plastic bottle), easy to use, they lather really well unlike some shampoo bars I have purchased in the past and they last for ages so the price is very competetive. As every one these days loves a bargain I love it when that great offer email comes through from Gruum and they nearly always have great offers.”
