“Hard to put fur on. Smaller than expected. Good way to practice for beginners. Fur doesn't act completely like real fur. Couldn't get eyes on as holes didn't like up. Tail fur kept falling off and tail hard to put on. Ears are tiny hard to practice spaniel ears. Feet are bald. Expected plastic to be stronger and maybe padded.”

“Have been a customer for a number of years, but was not satisfied with the performance of the hand held dryer I received recently as part of my order. I returned it with reasons why it did not suit my requirements and immediately got a full refund - no questions. Very happy with their excellent customer service.”

“I have taken my time to give a review on this product but have now had time to use it 3 times and I am over the moon with it, it is easy to use as it is cordless, cuts through my cockerpoo’s fur easily and also the customer service has been excellent it actually came earlier than expected 👍🏼 Well done all”

“The company came highly recommended from a grooming business. I was able to call up and go to the premise straight away where I was looked after by Ellie. She was super helpful and made recommendations that were exactly what I need. Service was excellent and quick. Groomers is now definitely my go to for everything! And I would recommend them to anyone... And everyone!!”

“I've had ordered lots with Groomers as I prefer this site to the other big dog grooming Company's due to the selection of high quality products. Orders arrive swiftly and items are usually as expected (although all the scissors I've bought have come needed realigning and it's been easier to send them to a scissor Guru instead of refunding). Customer service has been excellent on each order also.”
