“Great service and product (Neptune electric dog bath), good communication and helpful staff. I wrongly assumed this item came in 2 parts & when it arrived I couldn’t get it through the door. I didn’t have the splash back so I was able to turn the bath upside down & remove the chassis with a small electric Alan key drill. Was done & in the house within the hour. My labradoodle & cockapoo love it 😊”

“Purchased a Grooming Snood, no breed size guide shown website just small, medium, large etc. Purchased large size for my dalmatian, too small. Reading the enclosed return paperwork, "returned without the packaging being opened"!! How do you check if something fits without opening the packet? So I am now stuck with this item. Not impressed.”

“For 10 years now I have purchased my dog grooming products from Groomers Online. Price comparison with other online sites shows me that Groomers Online are very competitive. Delivery is fast. I also advise clients to buy from them for their pets - particularly slicker brushes & Groomers brand shampoos as much better value to purchase 2.5l for domestic pet use than the tiddly bottles of the same brand in a well known pet store on the High Street.”

“Been using these products for many years and they are fabulous, have tried some others in between and they don’t come anywhere close even the expensive ones. I love the Royal Jelly and oatmeal as the Royal Jelly isn’t available anymore however this shampoo is just as good. I also use the evening primrose Conditoner which is also fabulous, leaves the coats in excellent condition. I recently bought the Shine On Shampoo which is great on my Shih Tzu who is in full coat leaves a beautiful finish along with the Evening Primrose Conditioner. On my old girl I use the Deep Clean Shampoo as she has a greasy coat and this shampoo cleans the coat brilliantly and her coat squeaks when you rinse it off.”

“Bought the Venus static maxi Bath for my two 22kg dogs with long coats. Needs assembly, the screws were a bit tricky, but persevere, takes roughly half an hour. Great product, good quality, would highly recommend, no more aching back from bending and washing the dogs !”

“One of the best dog grooming companies in my opinion. Very helpful, patient and informative, when you phone and ordering online is very easy. Queries are sorted in my case in the past in less than an hour. Equipment arrives quickly and is very well packed. Have brought equipment from them for several years now now be it by phone, online or from the dog shows they have attended”
