“Here we are on lockdown in the uk and people working from home how can I ever praise groomers enough in this difficult time they have shipped my order in a couple of days unbelievable. A big thank you to your organisation and I promise not to forget this massive effort when life returns to more normal times. Fantastic”

“Excellent product, don't know how I managed without it. Very expensive shipping with poor packaging so I received a soggy parcel. Both sprays were damaged so neither would work.”

“Can’t rate this company highly enough. My most recent purchase arrived damaged. They couldn’t have been more helpful and professional while still giving that personal touch. This is so rare in companies these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again from them. Not only because of this experience, but also because their products are always very good quality while still being reasonably priced. “First time I have used groomers so needed to set up account and all that goes with it needed a spray that I cant get anywhere else had an email to say what I had asked for was in stock and ready to order all very easy to do and simple instructions also love the fact that I can reorder just by pressing a button will definately be returning to use and order again”

“As a new groomer I was very disappointed at the level of service I received. I have had much better service from 2 other suppliers. Various phone conversations I have had were quite abrupt. My order took forever to arrive and I had to call to chase it up. I will now put Groomers to the bottom of my go to list.”

“As an asthma sufferer + front line care worker I needed a mask to protect me from allergy to clients new meds but was having trouble getting one without being ripped off due to current virus crisis. I also needed product that would be cost effective long term due to my zero hours contract. Groomers came to my rescue fast, would definitely shop here again + recommend them to others.”
