“Couldn’t give a review on the table as I’m still waiting delivery. Here’s hoping it’s better than the delivery service.”

“I ordered some clippers from Groomers Online -they arrived 2 days before I was expecting them. Their order would have been bigger had they answered the phone when I tried to ring but i understand with the pandemic that people are working from home etc. but because I had to wait for 24 hours for them to ring me back they lost out as I ordered the rest of what I needed from elsewhere.”

Dear Mr Tansley, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you are disappointed that you had to pay a postage fee. On this occasion, your order was under our free postage threshold. However, you have earned loyalty points which can be used towards future orders. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind regards The Groomers Team

“I ordered the Andis pulse ZR 2 cordless clippers, the ordering was made very simple by groomers, the communication on when my rider had been received and the expected delivery time was excellent. My order arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition. I have ordered from groomers on line before being a dog groomer and have always found their service impeccable”
