“Having had difficulty locating a dog clipper that was in stock, I finally asked which was the best one and was told Andis! Groomers had got one and a cordless model which I wanted, I placed an order on Saturday, I was emailed on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday. Absolutely great service - thank you.”

“Customer service has been great. But sadly one of the items I recieved appeared to be used and dirty, had a eu plug (which was not stated in description) and item was supposed to have 3 temp settings but only had 2. When drying a dog makes a big difference. All other products have been great though.”

“I recently made an order online and forgot to add a couple of smaller items to my order. I rang and spoke to a customer service advisor to see if I could add to my order so I didn’t incur a delivery charge. He very kindly explained he couldn’t “add” to my order however he would be happy to waiver my delivery charge. He was extremely helpful and polite. My orders all came together and very fast delivery too. Highly recommend and will be continuing my service again. Thank you 👍🏼”

“Very happy with all my products especially the beautiful pink ringside table it is very well made and stores away perfectly and very reasonably priced as I am a bargain hunter and I found groomers were the cheapest and safest to buy from on line I have one pampered pooch she looks and smells amazing with all your products I bought my first order with a welcome code and saved a further 10% for signing up first ! and due to covid 19 expected long delay total opposite very fast service within 2 days very happy definitely recommend”
