“Amazingly prompt service. Grooming table arrived well packaged and is as described if not a little more shiny (in a very nice way) than the pictures. Quality item as usual from Groomers. Very quick delivery from order of 2 days which was fab as my table had broken. Extremely satisfied and am a returning customer. Many thanks.”

“Terrible experience. Ordered a brush and it arrived with bent and broken pins, despite that being obvious through the clear packaging. Returned for a refund but they did not reimburse the delivery charge. Total radio silence from customer services and accounts in response to my emails; not even the courtesy of an acknowledgment. Will never use them again and I suggest nobody else do either.”
