“Brilliant product. Due to the COVID19 my groomer is in lockdown which doesn't help my very fluffy Cockerpoo. I purchased this so I could keep on top of the grooming. I'm obviously new to this but the clipper was very easy to use and after a few hit and misses with finding the right size comb I managed to achieve a half decent trim. It took ages her coat is so thick and grows very quickly. I'll keep on top of things until the lockdown is over then I'll gladly hand the reins back to the professional groomer. My only gripe was I should have received a cherry shampoo and spray as a free gift but didn't. There was no explanation as to why this was missing.”

“Fi Fi was a scruffy Yorker who was red carded by the groomers as she was so terrified. She is now beautiful thanks to this product I am thrilled to bits. Easy to use and safe I’ve recommended it to all my doggy owner friends. Thank you”

“The order process was easy and dispatch to me efficient, however the battery clippers have a faulty switch (intermittently) and in current circumstances cannot be returned.”

“From order to delivery I was kept informed and even during these difficult times my goods were delivered promptly. Items were just what I needed, I now have two well groomed standard poodles, all done by myself as my usual parlour has had to close down for the time being.”
