“I purchased a small hydraulic table from Groomers. The website is easy to navigate and ordering was easy . There was a problem with the delivery but after a few emails this was resolved and the missing items located. The courier had delivered to the wrong address and we collected it ourselves. The table is not very stable and the surface is very plasticky and not non slip. Quite disappointed really as it was expensive.”

“It would be better if there was a way to see your email orders on your account and be able to track your parcels status . Still waiting on my parcel over a week later and I don’t know if it’s been dispatched yet”

“I placed my first ever order with Groomers as I have a young border terrier that required hand stripping. The Chalk Powder canister was so much larger than expected at a great price, the quality of the stripping combs were very high and the finger cots fit a glove staying on with no issues. Shipment came very quickly too. Will definitely be a repeat order in my future. It’s so nice to get good customer service in this day and age of online ordering.”
