“Website says you are open. I ordered and payed for a blaster on the 8th of May. Have only received confirmation of order and nothing else! There has been no communication/ update. Cannot get through on the phone!”

“The clippers arrived quick enough however one of the combs broken. Sent an email on Saturday when arrived and no reply so called on Monday. Spoke to owner who promised to call back. He didn’t so I called again, updated and said would call back. As heard anything called on Wednesday and said replacement comb would be with me that day or next. A week later no replacement, no return to calls or emails. Eventually spoke to member of staff and explained wanted refund. Clippers collected on Wednesday and still no refund. Appeared that they were being sent back to me 4 days later for some reason. Eventually got refund and promised a call back from ‘manager’. Never got call back or apology. Totally understand items get broken but terrible service and would never use this Company again for anything”

“I ordered a bath for my two Jack Russells, Bailey and Alfie. Groomers offered the best price and free delivery. The bath was delivered quickly and was well packaged. My dogs are now both smelling sweet. Great service.”

“Always my 'go to' for professional grooming products. I have 4 cockers and have always cut them since they were old enough to be cut. I emailed them as all their Andis clippers were out of stock. I received a swift reply and as soon as they restocked I ordered a new clipper. Delivery was just 4 working days by courier. Fantastic service. Great communication and quality products at sensible prices. Many thanks .”

“Contacted our dog groomer for help recommending a tool for removing mats from our Cocker Spaniel. She is well overdue for a groom and with so many different tools, I was blinded by which was the safest to use. My dogs groomer Hannah sent me a link to a Mattie tool on Groomers, I ordered immediately and despite being just before the bank holiday and during the Covid-19 pandemic, it arrived in only a few days. The tool is brilliant and the service from Groomers was brilliant.”

“I bought two bottles of puppy shampoo on accepting the parcel from the post man I noticed the package was ripped in 3 or 4 place and in a very tatty condition when I opened it up it was wet and slimy inside the tops of the bottles were not screwed on properly, so I am not impressed at all,”
