“Pet grooming hair dryer I needed to replace the hose for was out of stock so spoke to your team who confirmed that should be back in stock at end of March and they would put me on waiting list and email me when back in stock. That didn't happen so it was pure luck that I happened to be browsing and noticed they were in stock. Products great, customer service could be better.”

“I thought this was going to be another "meh" purchase, but I was blown away. A dog trainer and walker-friend recommended it and said she used it for ALL her dogs (6!) and it worked, so I went for it. It works SO much better than a normal towel, takes out almost all of the dirt, and definitely reduces a wet dog to a barely damp dog. Then we just pop him into the car on a normal towel and we arrive at home with a clean and dry dog that doesn't smell. I am in love!”

“This little trimmer is absolutely brilliant,so quite,should have bought one years ago . I have three cocker spaniels and there feet get so muddy and difficult to clean trimmed there feet with this trimmer no stress because it's so quiet and effective,they didn't mind one bit”
