“I ordered one pair of hiking boots that were great quality but turned out to be too large, even with inner soles. Grisport returned them no problem and refunded me promptly. I since ordered a new pair which fit perfectly and are excellent quality as before. Great customrer service and easy and pleasent to deal with.”

“Boots arrived promptly. Sizing is small so they had to be returned - one for an exchange. The subsequent email communication was unclear and I had to phone to check that the exchange had indeed been processed. Helpful conversation. However no further email updates, but the exchange boots did arrive and are fine. So, overall a reliable and efficient company, just needing a tweak to their follow up communication.”

“The shoes are very well made, but are not as snug a fit as I had anticipated. When walking I feel that my feet tend to move within the shoe, despite wearing 2 pairs of socks. Do I need thicker socks, or a removable insole? Some advice on how to maintain suppleness and waterproofing of the shoes would be welcome.”

“Always helpful, good products at decent prices. The only winge is that if you want a particular type and size(not an unusual size either) then you need to watch for Grisport reminders and move like lightning otherwise there's nothing left! Perhaps Grisport should have a pre-order/pay system so that when stock is replenished you can actually buy what you want!!”

“The shoes are amazing. I'm just disappointed that we didn't receive the free gifts that my daughter accidentally returned when she had to exchange size. I did send an email but got no response. Disappointing”

“Feel the free gift could be more accessible . I missed out as took it out the basket as it seemed I’d have been charged for it, phoned the company but not a favourable outcome. I am pleased with the boots though”

“Unfortunately, will have to return both pairs Grisport Apache and Java Black unworn. They both appear to be excellent shoes and so keen was I to purchase them that I took a chance on the higher size as my size 11 wasn't available. However, even with substantial insoles I wear to prevent plantar fascitis recurrence they were too big and would be likely to slip and cause blisters. The gift products also appear impressive but are naturally returned unused in case no suitable shoes of one size below are available.”

And I asked in the latest return to swap for my original order from you which was several years ago Lady Glide Hiking Boot in size 8 . However, I received a refund from you instead. “Not the most comfortable boots,I have found the liners rather unforgiving and now fitted new gel liners,also found back of heel rubbed for a while on one boot,but have had these for 3 months now and they are one of the most waterproof I have ever had.I don't expect any boot I buy to last more than 6 months on average as used 2 /3 times a day,14,000steps +a day sometimes more.I have been trying various company's and from £85. up to £200 for the last 4 years and these seem to be doing well sofar.I will be trying this company again when these wear out.”

“Lovely looking shoe, but unfortunately too narrow. Found this out too late to return. Wore outside for a short walk and realised they pinched the toes. Recommend you buy a size up from your usual size.”

“These are very well made, good quality, shoes. I was lucky to be able to buy them at a reduced price and they were a bargain. Unfortunately, they are about half a size larger than they should be, so they slip up and down when I am wearing them. I don't want to put an insole in, because it will make them tighter and I bought wide fit for a reason. I suppose I will have to buy some heel grips to put in.”

“The Decoy boots I ordered seem good at the moment, and comfortable. Have been walking parts of the Jurassic coast in SW Cornwall without any issues apart from the laces starting to fray already after only wearing them for about a week. In my my opinion they could have with stronger laces.”

“I think Grisport make great shoes and I am normally very happy but on the pair I bought most recently, one of the quick laces broke. Not the end of the world but expected a higher standard”
