“This is the first time I have purchased from Grisport and like many other reviewers I am extremely impressed with the service and quality of the products. The delivery was quick, with great communication and the boots are very comfortable. I ordered two pairs to compare and would have kept both as they were so well made but for the sizing being too small on one. The returns process was easy with a prepaid tracked label, so assuming the refund to myself will be just as efficient. Thank you Grisport!”

“Questo è il terzo paio di Grisport che acquisto. In Italia questo modello ancora non c'è. Oggi ho fatto quasi 10 km con le Lady Terrain e sono ultra soddisfatta. Se non fosse per le spese della dogana ne comprerei un altro paio. Venditore veloce e disponibile.”

“I bought Paisley walking shoes from Grisport after my trainers fell apart. I am so happy with my purchase. The shoes are accurately sized and a good fit. The sole is designed for shock absorbency so it feels like trainers, but with the resilience of a leather upper. The shoes were dispatched the day after I ordered and arrived within 48 hours. Grisport were offering a free gift with my purchase. I was amazed to receive a pack comprising a good quality cap, walking socks and a waterbottle. Many thanks, Grisport.”

“Chanced upon Grisport via the internet whilst looking for replacement walking shoes. Over many years I have tried most of the popular brands with varying degrees of success. Normally a UK 10 I bought a size up at Euro 45. The shoes arrived on time and having worn them on a couple of long walks I am very satisfied with my purchase. Having waited to see how I faired my wife has also bought a pair of shoes from Grisport. She too is very pleased with her purchase. I have only good things to say about Grisport.”

“I needed some walking shoes as opposed to boots and I had looked at many on line sites. I found that the Grisport site was the most informative about the shoe and when I ordered them the sales lady was exceptionally efficient, friendly and helpful. In fact, once I received mine, he liked the quality so much that my husband ordered a similar pair for himself”

“Would have given 5 stars but only had Thunder trekking boots for 10 days. Presale customer service and advice were excellent, boots appear robust and well made but still in the "breaking in" stage as is normal with this type of leather hiking boot.”
