“Not very quick at giving a refund, not had any sort of acknowledgemnt even though they were received back by Grisport over a week ago. Nothing wrong with the boots but had to return them because of the size.”

Thank you for your review. We do try to refund all returns as soon as possible. Our returns policy states to allow up to 30 days for parcels to reach us and then be processed. I can see your order was refunded 6 days after being received but this did include weekends and bank holidays when we are cloded so this would have been the delay. Many thanks Grisport UK

“This is our 4th pair of walking boots. I wouldn’t change. My husband and I walk every day about 3 to 5 miles and find they last about 2 to three years before not being waterproof any more. We still keep them for dry days and use new ones for wet weather. Comfort,warmth and lightweight.”

“I have a couple of foot conditions so need comfortable shoes with plenty of support. I have a pair of Argon and a pair of Olympus shoes and they are so good. Can be worn for long walks straight out of the box. Really pleased.”

“My last pair of grisport boots lasted almost 3 years,I work as a self employed gardener and often wear them 6 days a week so they were very good value for money. I'm very happy with the new boots and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Recommend to everyone!!!True size,very light,very comfortable.I’m not even looking at the competitors as with Grisport I can’t go wrong.I never returned anything back in the last 14 years I’m using this made!!!And I’m still using the first pair!! “Excellent communication of my order and delivery status. My ladies walking shoes fit with comfort and are very lightweight for summer walking. Already an owner of your walking boots and a pair of winter walking shoes. I am absolutely delighted with the quality, durability and the fit of your footwear.
