“I have purchased five pairs of trainers and boots over the years, each pair I've found has fitted me perfectly. The build quality is good and as a walker I have found them waterproof and comfortable.They are now my go to shoe manufacturer when I need to replace the old ones.”

“Since i have got my Boots, they fitted perfectly out of tyhe box and required now wearing in. I have been wearing them for a month now and they are really comfortable, the only thing wrong was the laces broke after one and half months”

“I firstly bought boots size 8, which since I need a wider boot I thought would be ok. They arrived next day, so excellent service. These boots proved a little roomy, so I ordered the same boots in size 7 to compare both at home . The second order arrived the next day. I decided the size 7 fitted closer and returned the size 8 pair. Turnround time for a refund is specified at 7 working days. It's now the 11th working day from when I was advised that Grisport received the return and no refund. So, great service for delivery of the order but not for refunds, hense four stars not five. I have today questioned the delay and await a reply.”
