“Delivery by DPD to wrong address and then returned and refunded. No reply to email query (9 days ago) just email advising of refund Wish I could review the boots but now looking elsewhere Hopeful that refund will be received ok”

“This is my third pair of boots from Grisport, the 9 (43) has always been a true fit for my feet and been comfortable straight out of the box. The first two pairs, now in use for over a year, are still waterproof and the soles are still perfect providing a comfortable walk.”

“Lady Hurricane boots are my preferred boot. I have bought Scarpa boots over the years to do the mountains in Scotland. My last pair of lightweight Scarpa's were a disappointment so tried Lady Hurricane. Brilliant, so lightweight they are a joy to wear, waterproof, but I do reproof regularly. I now have 4 pairs...2 to take away to Scotland, one pair for farm/ stables and a lovely pink suede pair for ' summer/ beach' and just cos I wanted them🤩”

“4star so far because I've ordered a waterproof boot and I'm not sure yet how waterproof but so far so good. If these boots really are waterproof during the next 6 months I shall be singing their praises loud and clear. Size 7 U.K. ( I'm a 6.5 U.K.) fits well. Purchase was straight forward, delivery good. Nice looking boot. Good price. Fingers crossed alls good. Happy so far.”

“It was my first time bought shoes from Grisport and it will also be my last time. I still haven't received my shoes for more than one week. The post office staff said they cannot give me the parcel. I need to contact DPD and seller. Grisport staff said they cannot assist and advised me to contact DPD. DPD said the same thing. I have never encountered any seller who is so irresponsible with customer service. After visited post office twice, I still have no clue where my shoes is. Hopefully Grisport will proceed refund soon”

“Bought a pair of ladies walking shoes ('Rimini' I believe). They are simply the most comfortable walking shoes I have owned - I struggle to get enough width across the instep, but these have given me no problems. Very fast delivery and an excellent returns procedure (should it be needed), so all in all, very happy to have found this company.”
