“The product is fine. The ordering prices was confusing and resulted in costing me £4 to return the second set of insoles which I did not order. I could have ordered from Amazon directly but thought I would use the Grisport website as I know Amazon charge the supplier. So I went onto the G website and ordered the insoles. I was then given a choice of paying which directed me to Amazon pay. The Amazon website required me to order again. The goods from Amazon arrived in a timely manner. Then some days later I received a notification from the post office to say I would be getting my order on such a date. I sent a note to say I did not want the item. Some days later the second set of insoles arrived. I was duly charged £12 for them. I spoke to the customer service at Grisport and made it clear that I expected a full refund of £12 as it was their strange ordering system that caused the problem. The man I spoke to was not apologetic or particularly interested in my problem. The refund came through some days later and I was taken aback to find that it was only £8. I had not been warned about this reduction. I had used the supplied return label which was about £2.50. I decided that it was not worth my time or emotions to argue about it. I had influenced my respect for Grisport and my commitment to buying from them again. In fact I bought my wellingtons for walking a week later from another company.”

“The grisport aztec boot felt comfortable on first fitting. I have now done a few walks and found them great on slippery and rugged terrain. They are very comfortable in the foot all day but on one foot the tongue rubs a bit anterior ankle. Nothing a bit of padding won't fix.”

“My purchase was for the fourth pair of Exmoor shoes. This was the second direct from Grisport. I couldn't find Grisport on the web for some reason and so got the other pairs from Amazon. This pair was direct from Grisport and the service and delivery of the shoes was very good. I keep my shoes polished and wear them every day. Friends have asked me about the shoes so I have encouraged them to buy them as well.”

“I’ve just purchased my fifth pair of shoes/boots from Grisport and I can only say I’m delighted with all five. My five pairs include walking shoes and boots, smart casual ‘street’ shoes and casual trail ‘trainers’. They are all comfortable straight out of the box, well made, nice looking and at what I feel to be a very good price point. Well done Grisport and thank you.”

“Best walking footwear ever. Lightweight, a little bit more width than others and can wear them straight away with no rubbing. Have 2 pairs now and only problem is I want to buy more.”

“Bought safety boots from grisport and they were the most comfortable I've had to date . I've now been buying for the last 5 years now and now buy most of my shoes and boots from them due to comfort , cost and quality of materials Socks gloves hats all great quality I work as hgv driver and have to wear safety boots for work. My last pair of boots were for the outdoors and again very comfy and great quality for money”

“My first encounter with Grisport boots was in May last year when I bought a pair of Grisport Lady Tempest about 2 days before going to Skye. I was so impressed with the boots (they coped well with both the scree & scrambling) that I decided to buy another pair. This time I bought direct from the company as a bigger choice. I picked the Grisport Saracen. Again, comfortable straight out of the box and such good value. I received free gifts with the purchase - a flask, lovely Merino wool socks and spare laces - not to mention free Royal Mail delivery. I am so impressed by this company and their footwear. Recommending to friends.”

“After lots of struggling to find a pair of wellies that fit, I was really pleased to find these did. I do long dog walks of around 2 hours every day and they have been very comfortable, great grip in muddy fields. I usually have 3.5 shoes and have a wide calf. Only small problem I've had is the insole moving as I walk, but I think this is because I have one foot smaller than the other so not as good fit on one side. Other boot is perfect! Would highly recommend.”
